Flaviar · Tony Hawk

Tony Hawk had 10 minutes.
We needed a whole campaign.

Flaviar booked Tony Hawk for a Father's Day spirits campaign, and the entire shoot was 10 minutes at his house. One take, no resets. So the copywriter and I built a shot list that pulled double duty. Every setup had to land a joke, a product beat, and a call to action at once.

The trick was writing around Tony instead of at him. We listened for the bits he already did when he talked about spirits, then wrote gags that lived in his world. Best one: he's by his ramp and says, "Want to see a new trick I came up with?" You brace for a skate move. The trick was: Ice plant to 540. He swirls the ice in his glass and lands the line.

Ten minutes later, we had a full Father's Day campaign.

Martha Stewart sent us some footage.
We made it feel like a story.

No shoot, no brief. Martha's team sent over raw clips and left the rest to us. I shaped them into a campaign with a narrative that felt intentional, like it was planned start to finish. Sometimes the craft is in the edit, not the shoot.

No budget? Trade favors.

At GOAT STORY I noticed Slovenia's champion freestyle skier was already a fan of the brand. So I invited him over, shot a few clips, and cross-promoted his cured-ham company on our Stories in return. Two brands, one afternoon, zero spend.

Turning email into
a revenue channel.

As Head of Marketing across five CEE markets, I own the CRM. The email program was doing the bare minimum, so we rebuilt it around segmentation and lifecycle automation instead of one-size-fits-all sends.

We mapped the customer lifecycle and built flows for each stage: retargeting and remarketing, upsell, win-back campaigns, and dedicated tracks for at-risk, inactive, and high-intent customers, each one personalized to where the customer actually was.

From one account to the
company's content engine.

I joined Flaviar to run social and left leading a four-person content department. We got good enough that the whole company routed its content through us: brand social, their own product lines, and paid brand deals.

The bet was simple: stop posting product shots, start building a place spirits lovers wanted to hang out. So I created repeatable original formats: a cocktail show, a whiskey tasting series, and a bi-weekly news show. We also put real customers on the feed through UGC.

When Flaviar launched a spirits advent calendar, my team and I made a "Did You Know" video for every day of the box to add value. It worked so well that the next year we leveled up: a professionally produced drink-along on YouTube, hosted with a spirits connoisseur.

Case Study · GOAT STORY

Coffee, design, and a
10-year-old mug that
came back to life.

As Marketing Lead and Brand Manager, I ran the full marketing function for a global specialty coffee brand. The bet: for the GOAT Mug's 10th anniversary, and the company's, we'd stop leaning on our most expensive products and go back to the origin story.

I scripted and directed a five-part anniversary series on the company's inception, then sent the mug to a handful of niche creators to see what they'd make of it. One cosplayer's video nailed it and took off. That month became our biggest ever, and 2024 became the biggest financial year in the company's history.
